Built to give homes to formerly houseless individuals and families in St. Helens, Oregon, this 16 unit affordable housing project was completed in 2019. We're thankful for our partners Community Action Team for the opportunity to bring more affordable housing to our neighbors in the Northwest.

Description of Project
The 18th Street Apartments provide 16 units of affordable housing to low-income individuals at risk of homelessness in St. Helens. The site is adjacent to local non-profit services provider and developer, Community Action Team. This proximity ensures residents will have access to resources designed to help residents maintain safe and stable housing and provide access to community support, resources, and career development opportunities.
