Description of Project

The Bria features 116 units of affordable housing in SE Portland on two sites and next to multiple modes of public transportation. The development is predominately efficient 1-bedroom units with air conditioning, quartz counters, luxury vinyl flooring, low-flow fixtures, LED lights, Energy Star appliances, and more. Both the West and East side of the development have a community space with a large bike room on the East side. The development is a partnership between Home First Development and partners Do Good Multnomah and Green Light Development. Financing partners include METRO, Oregon Housing and Community Services, Key Bank, CREA and Fannie Mae.

Who is Being Supported

Through a partnership with Do Good Multnomah and METRO, all 1st floor units have a preference for Veterans.
