Located in the heart of Central Oregon’s scenic high desert, with easy access to Bend’s recreation, arts, and local amenities, Cascade Landing provides a welcoming place for residents to call home. The community consists of five buildings with 98 affordable units and includes shared outdoor spaces, including a large courtyard and playground, which are complemented by supportive services that help residents build stability and maintain independence. Cornerstone Community Housing serves as the resident service provider, and Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO) will assist with housing stability for residents.

This development is in partnership with Green Light Development. Cornerstone Community Housing will be the community's resident service provider, bilingual staffing will include housing stability, asset-building opportunities, secondary and continuing education resources, and youth programming services. Cascade Landing also includes a partnership with Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO), one of Oregon’s nonprofit disability support services providers. Residential Care Services team members from ALSO will provide additional support as a contracted service provider, assisting residents' housing stability needs. Advocates also provide self-advocacy, money management, medical assistance, personal care, and daily life skills. In-home support will be provided through a person-centered approach developed around each individual’s needs, including disability assistance and support services, community involvement, and encouragement of independence skills in daily life.
