Copperwood Crossing is a 253-unit multifamily workforce housing community planned for Bend, Oregon, within the recently annexed Southeast Area Plan. Developed in partnership with Velocity Development Partners, the project will provide one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across thirteen three-story garden-style buildings, offering amenities including an on-site leasing office, covered bicycle parking, outdoor storage, open green spaces, direct access to the High Desert Park trail system, and ample off-street parking. As Home First Development's first workforce housing venture, the project also benefits from multiple City of Bend incentives that support the development of affordable and workforce housing.
