Alma Apartments

This 39-unit garden-style community was completed in September of 2025. We’re grateful to support Cornerstone Community Housing in bringing much-needed affordable housing to the Springfield Community.
Description of Project
Cornerstone Community Housing worked with HFD to develop the Alma to help address the growing need for affordable housing in Springfield, OR. This community offers a variety of support to residents through Cornerstone’s Healthy Homes Programs and partnerships with Hope & Safety Alliance, Senior & Disability Services of Lane County, and Catholic Community Services of Lane County. Residents feel at home living in a welcoming elevator-served building that will offer a functional community room and courtyard.
