Description of Project
The Grand Fir Apartments bring 96 units of affordable two and three-bedroom family housing to the rapidly developing Morningside Neighborhood in South Salem, Oregon. The Grand Fir serves veterans and Latino families searching for an affordable housing option in Salem and surrounding communities. The local services organization, Mano A Mano, provides residents with access to resources and support in addition to promoting a positive environment for on-site community building.
