Description of Project
Wade Creek Commons brings 36 units of affordable two and three-bedroom family housing to Estacada, as phase one of a planned multi-phased development project. The development serves families displaced by wildfire and Latino families through a partnership with the local services organization Todos Juntos. Todos Juntos provides residents with access to resources and support in addition to promoting a positive environment for on-site community building.
