The Bear Creek I & II Apartments were developed in partnership with Green Light Development and provides 100 affordable family apartments. Supported by the City of Molalla and local community partners, the development features a community gathering space, basketball court, multiple outdoor areas and fields, and access to an on-site creek. The buildings meet green building standards comparable to Earth Advantage Gold and the spacious units feature plenty of storage and patios or balconies.

Residents and their families benefit from on-site resident services provided by Todos Juntos, the only culturally specific services provider dedicated to serving Latino families in Molalla. The 1,500 SF community is near the town center, providing walkable access to many amenities, including schools, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and parks.
