Description of Project

The Molalla Apartments is a 60-unit development with a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom units affordable to renters earning at or below 30% and 60% of area median income (AMI). Eight units will have project-based rent assistance provided by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. In addition, voucher units will benefit non-elderly persons with disabilities. The City of Molalla and local community partners strongly support the development. 

Future residents and their families will benefit from on-site resident services provided by Todos Juntos, the only culturally specific services provider dedicated to serving Latino families in Molalla. The planned 1,500 SF community space and outdoor amenities will support resident service delivery and promote community building. The development site is near the town center, providing walkable access to many amenities, including schools, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and parks.
