The Ontario Townhomes brought 70 units of affordable housing to families in historically underserved Eastern Oregon. Spacious two-story units include air-conditioning, LED lights, low-flow fixtures, and other amenities. The site includes a large play structure, a dog run, a sports court, and a community room.
Description of Project
The Ontario Townhomes development is an innovative partnership between mission-driven developers, non-profit organizations, and local government to add 70 affordable housing units for historically under-served families to the affordable housing stock in Malheur County. Located on the west side of the City of Ontario, residents are treated to convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and other community resources.
