The Stone Oak Apartment development is a 72-unit affordable housing community planned for a 3.5-acre site in Madras, OR. Conveniently located across from Cowden Park and St. Charles Madras Hospital, the development is designed to provide high-quality, affordable housing for individuals and families. Developed in partnership with Momentasize, the community will feature five three-story residential buildings with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will also enjoy a community clubhouse and thoughtfully designed open spaces and landscaped plaza areas.
Project Details
The project is intended to increase the supply of affordable family housing in Madras by offering a range of apartment sizes suitable for individuals, couples, and larger households. It will include 18 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units, and 18 three-bedroom units. There will be a 2,500 square foot community clubhouse for residents.
